If you recently joined one of our trainings and have had trouble with being added to the accompanying Facebook group there are two common reasons for requests being denied.
1. You don’t have the required purchase to join
All of the Facebook groups are private and for members only. If you have not made a purchase of the product for a specific group you will be denied access.
*We are currently unable to add team members or partners to the group who have not purchased. This ensure our groups are only populated with current, active members.
2. Your name on Facebook is different than the name in our system.
If the name on your Facebook profile is different than the one we have on record for you send us a message with the name on your Facebook profile.
That way we can verify you and approve your request.
